By flat u mean apartment verdad? esta de acuerdo? just pull'n ur leg,anyhow u can say.. if you want to say "i LIVE in a small apartment" u could say:"yo VIVO en un apartamente pequeno" BUThay una diferencia tan vivir and viviendo!(There is a difference btwn live and living!)To say i am LIVING (right now @ this momento) DIGA (say..)Yo ESTOY VIVIENDO en un apartamente pequeno((pequen)ito if it is really small!)Also there are differnet words for small and apartmenthope this helps!
