molto bene: is like very well
when you asking, how are you? and you answer very well

Of course you are talking about the name of this website; "molto bene" is how you speak Italian. The sentence could be... "io parlo Italiano MOLTO BENE"... in English "I speak Italian very well".

It is more accurate to think of molto bene as very well, and very good as molto buono/a/i/e.
So unless you plan to say 'This gelato is very well' ('molto bene), be sure to say 'Questo gelato è molto BUONO.'
In that case the name of this website sounds a little funny doesn't it? "Very Well Italian"...?
Also, 'quando' means 'when,' not 'what.'

I'm going to assume you want to know how to say "What is molto bene?" instead of what the other person thought you meant.
Quando molto bene?
or you could also use
Che cosa è, cos'è molto bene?
thought obviously the first one is a lot easier.
