In spanish when refering to the near future the present tense is still used so for the first part it would be best to say, qué es por almuerzo. and personally for the second part i would change the sentence to i have worked here for 4 years...yo he trabajado aquí por cuatro años.

¿Qué va a haber de almorzar (hoy)?

-Voy a trabajar aquí los siguientes cuatro años.
-Voy a estar trabajando aquí por cuatro años.

Of course, in english I should say I HAVE WORKED here for 4 years and not present simple tense.

He trabado aqui para cuatro años.

I'm implying that you meant, "I HAVE worked here for 4 years."
